How do I book an appointment?
Call or WhatsApp us on 0277 429 279, or use the booking form. We’ll confirm your time on WhatsApp or by phone.
What should I expect at my first consultation?
We’ll ask about your eyes and general health, run vision and eye-health tests, then explain the results and your options before you leave.
Which branch should I visit?
Whichever is closest. All six branches offer eye exams and eyewear. Call ahead if you need a specific test, such as a DVLA eye test or visual field test, so we can confirm it’s available at the branch nearest you.
Do you accept health insurance?
Yes, we accept most private health insurance, including Acacia, Ace, Apex, Cosmopolitan, Dosh, Equity, GAB (GHIC), Glico, Metropolitan, Nationwide Mutual, Phoenix, Premier and StarHealth. Bring your insurance card, and call ahead so we can confirm what your plan covers.
Do you accept NHIS?
No, we don’t accept NHIS. We accept most private health insurance plans, so call us and we’ll check yours.
