Eye Express Co. Ltd (“Eye Express”, “we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your rights under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

The details you enter in the booking form: your name, phone number, preferred branch, service and date, and any notes you choose to add.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or through social media.

Please don’t share detailed medical history in the booking form. Your optometrist will ask about your health during your visit.

How we use it

To contact you and arrange your appointment.
To prepare for your visit and provide your eye care.
To answer questions you send us.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

How the booking form works

The booking form doesn’t store your details on this website. Instead, it opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

Who can see it

Only Eye Express staff who need your information to arrange and provide your care.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. To do this, call 0277 429 279 or message us on WhatsApp.
